What the lab works on

A small number of focused engagements in AI, automation, and secure tooling — built the way the lab builds everything else.

01

AI agent & automation systems

Design and build multi-agent workflows and automations: systems that coordinate, reason, and act on your behalf, with clear boundaries on what each agent is allowed to touch. Reasoning runs on large language models through a reason–act–observe (ReAct) loop — local-first, with a cloud model as fallback — and the dull, repetitive work gets wired up to run itself, reliably and observably.

02

Secure, self-hosted tooling

Local-first, encrypted, audit-logged systems that the client owns end to end. Credentials sit in an encrypted vault — keys stretched with PBKDF2-HMAC-SHA256 and secrets sealed with authenticated symmetric encryption at rest, TLS in transit — reasoning runs on infrastructure you control whenever it can, and every meaningful action lands in an append-only audit record. No black boxes, no quiet data exploitation.

03

Physician + AI advisory

A clinician’s rigor applied to AI, automation, and health-adjacent projects: thinking through risk, evidence, and edge cases the way medicine demands. This is engineering and advisory work — it is not medical advice and not a clinical service.

Live prototype

Verified Discharge

An early-stage, pilot-stage prototype out of the lab: it closes the open-loop discharge-handoff gap where a referral is “sent” but the patient is never actually booked for the OPAT infusion, dialysis chair, PCP follow-up, durable equipment, or home health. It flags each dependency as UNSCHEDULED, UNVERIFIED, or MISSED so the loop gets closed before a readmission — it flags, it does not diagnose, and the demo runs on synthetic, PHI-free cases. This is a live prototype with no customers yet, not a finished product. See the live prototype and demo.

Engagements

How an engagement starts

Consulting engagements begin with a deposit, applied to the work. You can place a deposit on the support page. Note that the payment rail is still being brought online — until it is fully proven, deposits are arranged by request rather than self-serve checkout.
